Tissue paper or napkins are considered lightweight paper and are also known as crepe paper for personal hygiene. Tissue paper can also be made from recycled paper.
Tissue paper is mainly used for commercial purposes and is also used for household purposes. Tissue paper contains several properties such as light weight, absorbency, thinness, volume, appearance, etc.
Huge factories were built all over the country, in which several huge paper machines were installed. These steam-heated machines combine a dryer known as the Yankee dryer, and the raw material known as pulp is used to make paper towels.
The adhesive is spayed all over the Yankee, and then these adhesives form paper sticks.
Another piece of equipment installed in the Yankee cylinder, the scraper, is used to scrape the dry paper off the drum.
The shape and structure of toilet paper depends entirely on the adhesive used, the geometry of the scraper and the speed of the machine.
When it comes to absorbent applications, these are added to the paper through a process called TAD (drying by air). Tissue paper is known to contain the largest amount of northern bleached softwood kraft paper (NBSK).
Commonly used types of facial tissues include facial tissues, toilet paper, toilet paper, paper towels, wrapping paper, etc.
